Anti-Spam Policy
Meena Marketing LLC runs Sendorra as an opt-in email service. This page is the public statement of that rule. The Acceptable Use Policy is the contract version.
Opt-in is required
A recipient must have asked that specific sender for that kind of mail before the first campaign. Silence is not permission. A business card dropped in a bowl without a clear notice is not permission. An old customer list with no record of consent is not permission.
Sendorra's hosted forms can require a confirmation click before the address becomes subscribed. Use that when you are not certain.
How a person stops mail
Every message Sendorra sends carries an unsubscribe link and a one-click List-Unsubscribe header. The unsubscribe is recorded immediately and the address is suppressed for that workspace. Do not make someone log in, pay, or answer a survey to leave.
Bounces and complaints from the mailbox provider are suppressed the same way. Amazon SES notifies Sendorra through a signed HTTPS subscription, and the workspace cannot send to those addresses again.
Identity
The From address must be a domain the workspace authenticated. The message footer must show the sender's physical postal address. The default footer also shows that Sendorra is operated by Meena Marketing LLC, 4290 Bells Ferry Road, STE 134-2382, Kennesaw, GA 30144, United States.
Tell us
If you received mail you did not ask for, email admin@meenamarketing.com with the full headers or the unsubscribe link. We read support mail Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern. We will suppress the address and review the workspace.
